1/2 lb. 80/20 ground beef chuck
1/2 cup Prego Spaghetti Sauce
1 cup Kraft Feta Cheese Crumbles
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1/2 Tablespoon Nutmeg
dash of Oregano, salt, pepper

Here is how you make Greek Zucchini Potato and Meat Bake:

Preheat your oven to 350*Cook ground beef with chopped onion until browned. Add spices and Prego, cook until well combined. Slice zucchini thinly and leave in a colander to drain for 10 minutes. Blot dry with paper towels before using. Thinly slice the potatoes. Let the meat mixture cool on the side. In a separate bowl, beat eggs with yogurt, add flour and baking powder, mix well. Fold in the feta cheese crumbles and sliced zucchini. Put down the meat mixture in a 9x9 pan, followed by the potatoes in a single layer. Pour the egg and zucchini layer over the potatoes. You can add paprika to the top if you like.Bake for 45 minutes.
