Peel and dice potatoes, boil on stove for 10 minutes.Drain, rinse in cool water.Add frozen broccoli and diced ham, set aside.Mix soup and milk, add salt and pepper to taste in large bowl. Stir well. Pour over potato/ham/broccoli mixture and GENTLY stir. Pour into buttered 9x12 pan. Top with bread crumbs.
