How Do I Make Persian Rice pudding-(Ferr'ni)?

Here is how you make Persian Rice pudding-(Ferr'ni):

-put rice in a dish and fill with water. Let it sit for 12 hrs or more.-pour water out and throw in the blender with part of the milk-blend until completely smooth-pour into the cookin pot thru a drainer slowly to make sure there's no chunks and to get rid of small rice particles-cook on medium high stirring constantly, adding a portion of the milk every so often (5 minutes or so)-if you don't stirr it will form clumps-add vanilla and sugar (can add more for more sweetness, I don't like very sweet)-when you're out of milk and the consistency has thickened a bit (more dense than milk) and u see bubbles forming (boiling), stop stirring and let it cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.*remmeber not to stir anymore bc it will harden on the bottom, if you have to stir don't scrape the bottomstart pouring in individual dishes and decorate the top with cinnamon ( I don't like mixing it in).let it cool and serve. Can also serve hot, but cool is better*you can add cardamon or rose water while cooking, I like vanilla better and cinnamon at the end.
