saute ham, onion. spoon into glass pie dish. sprinkle w/ cheese, wild rice. combine remaining ingred in small bowl. Pour over all. bake at 325 degrees for 35 min/until knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 min before cutting. Orig. recipe calls for 3 large eggs (replaced with egg beaters) and half-and-half (replaced fat free half and half).
