Spray roasting pan with PAM. Trim Brussels Sprouts and cut in half. Dice Shallots and smash garlic. Combine Brussels Spouts, shallots, garlic and bacon in a bowl and mix with olive oil. Season with Salt and Pepper. Spread out onto prepared roasting pan. Make sure that brussels sprouts are cut side down and try and put bacon, shallots and garlic on top of the sprouts.
