Put in a large (2qt) glass or porcelain bowl. Cut the skins off the grapefruits with a sharp knife, cutting through the membrane on the outside of the sections. Use the knife to cut the juicy fruit out from between each section, cut each section into thirds and add to the bowl with the clementines. When you have removed all the fruit, squeeze the leftover membrane over the bowl to get all the remaining juice out. Add the pomegranate seeds and mix.
