1 piece Oscar Meyer center cut bacon
1 Tbsp shredded cheddar
1 tsp oil
1/2c hashbrowns (about 1.5 oz)

Here is how you make Zone Diet Hashbrown Scramble:

Steam the broccoli. Microwave the bacon or cook it in a small separate pan. Crumble the bacon once it's done. Heat the oil in the bottom of a larger pan and add the hashbrowns. Cook about 8-10 minutes per side or until properly browned. Add the crumbled bacon and broccoli. Then add the egg beaters and stir constantly until fully cooked (at that heat, this will probably be very fast so keep stirring!).
