1/4 Cup Ham diced up small
1/4 Cup Spinach, cooked/shredded
1/4 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
small amount of Chopped Onion (use your judgement)
2 Jumbo Eggs
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream

Here is how you make Ham/Spinach Quiche:

Makes 6 cupcake size Quiche. Serving Size: 1 QuichePreheat oven to 375 Degrees F.Combine eggs, cream, salt (if desired), pepper (if desired), onions in food processor or blender.Cut 6 circles out of pastry sheet (size to fit in muffin pan). Place in muffin pan to create shell. Place diced ham, chopped spinach, and shredded swiss at the bottom of each cup distribute evenly. Pour egg mixture in to "shells" 2/3 of the way full.
