Slice french baguette into 1-1.5" slices (I got 10 good slices out of the bagette with a little extra left over)Make a slit in each slice about 2/3 the way down.Thinly slice the banana (I only used 1/2 a banana to fill the french bread) - then stuff 2-3 slices into the slits in the french bread.Beat the eggs & add the rest of the ingredients.Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture - on both sides.Cook in skillet over medium heat, until golden brown on each side, flipping once.
