Here is how you make Thai Basil Watermelon Tea:

Boil fresh spring water and remove from heat. Coarsly chop a heaping cup full of fresh Thai Basil and put it into a teapot. Pour very hot but not boiling water over the herbs, cover and let it steep for 6-8 minutes. You can use immedieately, herbs and all or you can strain the tea and pour it into a pitcher. Chill until ready to use. When ready to use, add watermelon juice and stir. Taste, Add more juice and a natural sweetener like Stevia to taste if desired. Mix well. Fill a tall glass with ice and fresh balls of watermelon. Add tea and garnish the edge of the glass with a small wedge of watermelon.Chill some of the steeped tea and freeze some into ice cubes ahead of time.Serving Size:?Makes 6 8oz servings
