2 T extra virgin olive oil
12 large eggs
1/3 c NOW Whey Protein Isolate

Here is how you make Herbed Artichoke, Sun-dried Tomato and Mushroom Frittata:

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in 10 in oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes, reduce the heat to medium-low, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are soft, about 10-15 minutes.Remove the potatoes from the pan and set aside. Add the artichokes, and garlic to the skillet, sauteing gently, about 3 min. Add the mushrooms and saute until softened. Preheat broiler. Whisk eggs, protein powder, and lemon juice in large bowl. Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper. Combine the contents of the skillet, plus the potatoes with the egg mixture. Stir until evenly distributed. Cook gently on med-low until just set, about 10 min.Transfer frittata to broiler. Broil just until set in center, about 1 minute. Using rubber spatula, loosen edges of frittata and slide out onto platter. Slice into 8 even triangles.
