Here is how you make Turkey Breakfast Sausage:

1. Combine spices together in small bowl.2. Add to 1 lb of ground turkey, 93% lean.3. Use potato masher, fork, or your hands to blend spices in to meat completely, usually 2-3 minutes of kneading or mashing.4. Refrigerate for at least an hour for spices to blend completely. If you don't have that time, just leave the mixture on the counter for a few minutes while you're doing other things. 5. Form 8 balls of sausage of equal size.6. Heat skillet on medium heat, spray with Pam just before adding sausage to cook.7. Drop sausage balls into pan, flatten with a spatula.8. Cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip, cooking for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown on each side and no longer pink in the middle.9. Serve and enjoy!
