Here is how you make Broccoli potato and turkey fritatta:

1. Steam red potatoes and broccoli or nuke in microwave for a couple of minutes with a couple tablespoons of water. 2. Meanwhile, chop onion and garlic and saute in 1.5 tbsp olive oil. Slice turkey bacon and add to skillet. Chop red peppers and add to skillet. 3. Once potatoes and broccoli are steamed and soft, chop them and add to skillet. 4. Wisk eggs, egg whites, skim milk in a bowl and add s+p to taste.5. Spread the veggie & bacon mixture around pan evenly and top with 1 oz goat cheese. Add egg mixture, moving pan around if necessary to completely coat the veggie mixture with egg. Sprinkle remaining goat cheese. Cook for a minute or two to settle and pop in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 20 minutes. At the end of cooking time, you can broil for 1 more minute to brown the top.
