Saute onions, pepper, mushrooms until soft. Add garlic cook 30 seconds longer. Add turkey to mixture and brown. Next add egg/water mix evenly over mixture and cook over low heat. Do not stir, if necessary pick up outer edges and allow egg to flow underneath. When eggs are set, sprinkle cheese over top. Place under broiler until cheese melts and is lightly browned. Cut into 6 or 8 pieces. (like pizza) Serves 6-8 or 3-4 hungry people.
