On a greased and floured baking sheet pat out two logs about 1/2 inch. high, 1-1/2 inches wide, and 14 inches long. space them at least 2 inches apart. Bake in the middle of a preheated 325 degree oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer to a cooling rack and let cool for 5 minutes place on cutting board and slice diagonally about 3/8 inches thick. Lay slices flat on baking sheet and return to oven for ten minutes, turning them once over, to dry slightly. Let cool on a rack.
