Here is how you make Belgium Waffles:

Combine flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, ground flax, and sugar in med. bowl. Separate egg whites into lg. mixing bowl and yolks into sm. mixing bowl. Combine milk with cream of tarter and yolks. Beat whites until stiff peaks form. Mix milk mixture into dry ingredients until smooth batter. Add oil to batter mixing until smooth. Gently fold batter into egg whites until well blended but still a little lumpy.
