Sugar free syrup 1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) How Do I Make "Healthy" Waffles?Here is how you make "Healthy" Waffles: Combine the oats, fiber one cereal and almonds in a food processor. Chop together finely. Add bisquick and the other dry ingeredients together. Add milk and wisk until blended well. Add egg and egg white and continue wisking until completely mixed.Using a non-stick waffle iron, pour mixture in a thin layer on the bottom surface (spread if needed with a fork to coat evenly). Drop down the top and once indicated and the waffle is golden brown, lift the top.
