walnuts - small handful, an ounce or so
cinnamon - to taste
1 T. vanilla extract

2 eggs
1 c. greek yogurt (I used half plain and half vanilla)

Here is how you make Walnut Scones with Greek Yogurt:

Add all dry ingredients together. Grate butter into dry mixture and mix by hand. Whisk eggs and and add yogurt, whipping together. Add eggs/yogurt and walnuts to dry ingredients and mix by hand, kneading together. You can knead and divide your scones at this point. I grabbed a 1/4 c. measuring cup to make 15 even shaped/sized scones. Spray sheet with Pam and bake for 15 minutes at 400.Serving Size:?15
