Here is how you make Beef stroganoff:

Cook noodles according to package directions and drain and set aside with the butter to melt over so noodles don't stick together.Next brown the ground beef in a skillet until cooked through and not pink, then drain and rinse grease off of it over sink in a colander. Return meat to skillet and add the 1 cup of bone broth until heated then add entire package of McCormick stroganoff sauce mix. And heat through until slightly thickened, next add on cup of the sour cream to the pan and mix well until thorough heated.
