Here is how you make Mother's Cranberry- Apple Cake:

Beat oil, sugar, and eggs with electric mixer until smooth. Mix dry ingredients together and add to oil mixture, stirring by hand - dough will be stiff. Add cranberries, apples, pecans and vanilla, stirring well. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan in preheated 325 oven for 60 minutes - then in 350 degree over for 15-20 minutes.
