1. Pre-heat oven to 180 deg C. Grease a 20cm square cake tin.2. In a saucepan mix fruit, walnuts, dates, water and red wine and bring to the boil. Boil for 3 mins. Cool for 10 mins.3. Mix flour, oil, milk, bi-carb and mixed spice in a mixing bowl. Added cooled fruit mix.4.
