1 box powdered sugar (or to taste)
8 oz cream cheese

How Do I Make Holiday Cake?
Here is how you make Holiday Cake:Grate apples with the skin. Mix dry ingredients including apples. Add eggs and vanilla; blend well. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake 50 minutes at 350 or until toothpick comes out clean.Frosting: Cream stick of butter and 8 oz cream cheese. Add powdered sugar to taste and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Add chopped pecans last or put on top of frosted cake. Drain the cherries on paper towels. Frost cake when cool.
