Put diced bacon in a large pot (teflon works best) and cook until you get crisp pieces. With the heat still on:Add the cauliflower (pieces) and mix well.Add the cream of mushrrom soup. Mix.Add the cheese. Mix.Pour all ingredients in a baking dish - I like to us aluminum ones for easy clean-up.
