Here is how you make Chocolate Caramel Squares:

Preheat oven to 350. Slowly melt caramels and cream in large saucepan over a low heat while mixing other ingrediants.Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking soda. Stir in melted butter. Press half of the mixture into an ungreased 9-13" pan. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and pour chocolate chips and melted caramel over mixture. Sprinkle remaining mixture over the chocolate and caramel. Bake for another 12 minutes.
