1. Heat Heavy Cream and erithritol in a medium sauce pan over low heat for appx. 20 minutes, until cream is reduced by half. Remove from heat2. Stir in chocolate chips until smooth. Add any flavorings you may desire (orange, mint, vanilla, almond, etc)3. Line an 8x8 baking dish with plastic wrap and pour in hot fudge. Smooth top and refrigerate until hard.4.
