Here is how you make Hungarian Nut Rolls:

Sift flour, salt, sugar. Scald milk, add butter to melt, add egg yolks, reserve whites for filling. Activate yeast in 1/2 cup warm water for 10 minutes. Add to milk/butter/egg mixture and stir. Blend liquid into dry ingredients. Knead until smooth. Cut into 6 balls, wrap separately and refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll each piece out to a large rectangle.
