Grind cranberries. Add sugar and let stand for 2 hours. Add celery and walnuts. Mix well. Sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Add jello that has been mixed with 1.5 cups of water and cooled. Add orange ground up peel and all. Put in 8x8 pan. Let stand in refrigerator until firm.
