Place one whole clove of garlic in the hole of each onion.Combine bouillon, cinnamon, pepper flakes and sugar, divide evenly between the two onion cores.Drizzle a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar into each hole.Wrap tightly with a double layer of aluminum foil, being careful not to puncture it.
