Preheat oven to 400 degrees.2. To prepare filling, combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add peaches, blueberries and juice. Spoon mixture into an 8 inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.3. To prepare topping, lightly spoon 1 1/3 cps. flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine 1 1/3 cups flour, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt, stirring with a whisk. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coase meal.
