What Are The Ingredients For BBQ Greek Burgers Recipe?The ingredients for BBQ Greek Burgers are: Burgers:1 1/4 lb. extra lean ground beef or ground turkey 3/4 t cumin 3/4 t oregano 1/2 t black pepper 1/2 t salt 4 cloves roasted garlic (minced or powdered garlic will do) 1/2 c feta Cucumber Dill Sauce: 1/2 cucumber, sliced, pared, chopped 1 clove garlic 1 t dried dill (fresh might be better - this is what I had in the pantry) - the video calls for mint - either will work) 3/4 c fat free plain yogurt 1 t lemon juice (video calls for red wine vinegar - either will work) How Do I Make BBQ Greek Burgers?Here is how you make BBQ Greek Burgers: Mix meat with seasonings & feta, make into patties. Place on grill until cooked through. While grilling, mix all sauce ingredients - add more or less seaonings to taste. Put in fridge. Place the wheat sanwich thins on grill for about 1-2 minutes before serving for crispness. Top burgers with granishes as desired & use cucumber sauce as you would any other condiment. YUMMM!
