-First, remove any excess fat from chicken nd rinse under cool water. Then, butterfly-cut each chicken breast and lay open.-Inside each chicken breast, place one ring each of the bell peppers and the pineapple. Next, pour about 1 T of Teriyaki Sauce into the center of the chicken breast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and close the breast with toothpicks.-Repeat this process with each chicken breast.-Fold aluminum foil into pouches and place each chicken breast inside.
