Here is how you make Skewered Chicken Spirals:

1. Spread out chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. Beat firmly with rolling pin or meat mallet. Flatten to even thickness.2. Combine Garlic and Tomato Paste and spread over Chicken. Lay Bacon slice over each. Sprinkle with Basil. Season with Salt and Pepper.3. Roll up Chicken firmly, then cut into slices. Put onto Skewers. Keep in spiral shape. (might need another person to help)4. Brush lightly with oil and cook on hot barbeque grill or under pre-heated Broiler for 10 minutes, turning once.
