Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine water, salt (optional) and cornmeal in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for about 10 minutes until thick and stiff. Pour into an 8" x 8" baking pan that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Top with reduced fat turkey chili and bake for 25 minutes.
