Combine chopped rhubarb with 1 cup of sugar and 3 tablespoons flour. Put into a buttered baking dish (13x9). In another bowl, combine the rest of the flour, 1 cup sugar and beaten egg until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until top is golden brown.
