Cherry Tomatoes, 1 cup halved
Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 2 tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Basil, 5 leaves rough chopped

Here is how you make Sauteed Mushrooms, Garlic and Tomatoes:

Peel and slightly crush Garlic cloves (enough to crack the outer skin). Slice Cherry Tomatoes in half. Heat Olive Oil in a skillet. When hot, add Mushrooms, Garlic and Tomatoes. Add Salt and Pepper. Saute for 5 minutes until Mushrooms soften. Add Balsamic Vinegar and Soy Sauce, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes until Garlic is cooked through.
