It is a very hearty stew, so use a small bowl. I did not make low cal tweaks to this recipe, just portion control. Chicken stock, home-prepared, 2 cup *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp *Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce, 1 tsp How Do I Make Hungarian Goulash?Here is how you make Hungarian Goulash: Dice onions and red pepper. Set aside. Dice potatoes and set aside in a separate bowl.Cube pot roast. Lamb is optional - I had some leftover from a lamb roast so I added it to this recipe. Set aside.Brown bacon in a large dutch oven over medium high heat. Cook until dark brown and crisp. Remove from pot and set aside.Add cubed meat and brown on all sides. Remove from pot and set aside.Add onion and bell pepper into pot and mix into the frond gravy in the pot from the meat. When hot and onions are soft, add bacon and beef back into the pot. Add the diced tomatoes, chicken stock, potatoes and all spices. Mix thoroughly.Heat until bubbly. Reduce heat and simmer minimum 2 hours.
