1/2 C Feta Cheese
Sauce:
1/2 Cucumber peeled and diced
1 clove garlic chopped
1 T fresh mint chopped
3/4 C Dannon NonFat Plain Yogurt
1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
4 Papa Pita Whole Wheat Pita Bread (6 inches)
Topping:
1 Tomato diced
1/2 C Red Onion Diced
1 C. shredded lettuce

Here is how you make Greek Gyros ala Molly:

Prepare Garlic Cloves (I used a whole head tops cut off)sprayed with olive oil cooking spray. roast in oven 350 degrees 30 minutes.In a Medium size bowl add the ground turkey meat, spices roasted mashed garlic and feta cheese mix well until everything is incorporated. Divide the mixture into 4 burgers. pat into rounds and grill on hot grill that has been sprayed with cooking spray. cook about 8 minutes total. or until done. I prepare my sauce while the garlic is roasting.Sauce:Add the 1/2 diced cucumber 1 chopped garlic and 1 T. fresh mint leaves to 6 oz of fat free dannon plain yogurt. add the 1 tsp red wine vinegar.2 T. equals 15 calories. Prepare the toppings nextchopped tomato, diced red onion and shredded lettuce. Warm the Pita Breads on the Grill until pliable.
