Preheat gas grill or charcoal. Rinse and dry cod. Place 1 tbs Sun dried tomato vinagrette on large piece of aluminum foil. Place fish atop vinagrette. Cover with second tablespoon of vinagrette. Fold aluminum foil into sealed packet and place on medium hot grill.
