1/4 Red Onion
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
1 Medium Celery Stalk
4 oz Carrots

2 Tsp Country Crock (or whatever butter type substance)

4 oz Shrimp
6 oz Crab Meat
4 oz Scallops
6 oz Tilapia (We used Gorton's Grilled Tilapia, but I would suggest using something a little less processed


How Do I Make Seafood Grilled Wrap Thing?

Here is how you make Seafood Grilled Wrap Thing:

1 - Cup up the Red Onion, Bell Pepper, Celery, and Carrots into chunks no smaller then a finger knuckle.2 - Spread out two aluminum foil sheets (the heavier the better) that are about 18 in. by 12 in. 3 - Pile about half the veg and seafood into the center of each of the aluminum foil sheets (try and keep everything in the middle of the sheets as much as possible).4 - Place one Teaspoon Country Crock (or butter) in the middle of food pile. You don't have to worry about spreading it out.NOTE - You may want to add more seasoning at this step. Would suggest some Basil, Garlic, and Thyme.5 - Roll the foil around the food so that you cannot see any of the food. Try to do it like you are wrapping a present.IF COOKING ON CHARCOAL:Get the coals white, and place the foiled food directly on the coals. Flip after about 5 minutes, and five minutes later it should be done. Be careful removing from the coals - not only is the aluminum hot, but the seafood and butter has steamed the inside.IF COOKING ON GAS - Heat the grill to about medium heat.
