* Egg white, 2 serving / 2 hard boiled eggs with the yolks discarded. Dice the white and add before serving.

Start turkey- bacon in a cold skillet over medium heat. Brown. Add sliced scallion with bacon to cook until crisp-tender.Remove from pan and drain on paper towel.If pan has too much grease, wipe with paper towel.
