Here is how you make Apple Oatmeal Cake:

Boil the water and heat the butter and applesauce until the butter melts.In a large bowl, mix together the water, butter/applesauce mixture, and the oatmeal. Let cool slightly. Mix in slightly beaten eggs.In a medium bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. Once thoroughly mixed, add diced apples and stir to coat.Mix the wet and dry ingredients until just blended. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan that has been sprayed lightly with cooking spray.Drizzle the top of the cake with liquid honey.
