Add the onion and the parsley on top. Then drop pieces of the butter, softened all over the top. Sprink the salt, pepper, and seasoning salt all over the top. With your hands mix the ingredients together so the butter and seasoning is mixed through. Top with another piece of foil to make a large packet. Cook on the grill or in a 400 degree oven for 60 minutes or until the potatoes are done.
