How Do I Make Chili and Rice?

Here is how you make Chili and Rice:

Make 2 bowlfulsCOOK RICE (depends on the rice you have on-hand, I use minute rice but this is for regular rice below)Stick your sauce pan on the stove. Put 1+1/2 cup of water and 1 cup of Rice in the sauce pan. Turn burner to medium heat (uncovered) until boil. After it reaches a rolling boil, add the cheese (it should melt pretty fast). Stir the cheese in until it has been melted. Add a serving of the garlic pepper and stir in. Turn the heat to low and cover for 5 minutes. Turn the heat off and let sit for 10 minutes (while it's waiting COOK CHILI). Taste to see if it’s done. If not, add a little more water and wait a little more. When ready, add another serving of garlic pepper and stir, then add 1 Tablespoon of Hungarian Paprika and stir.3+ MinutesCOOK CHILIOpen the chili. In a microwavable container, deposit the chili.
