Steam cauliflower and allow to cool. I simply bought a bag of frozen cauliflower, measured out three cups, and placed in a Ziploc Steamer Bag. Microwaved the bag on high for 4.5 minutes. Then I placed the bag in the fridge to cool.Hard boil eggs and allow to cool. Peel eggs, remove yolks, and chop into small pieces.Stir all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
