2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, I use 1 can original and 1 can mild
Handful of cilantro
2 green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. (or more) lemon juice
Salt and Pepper to taste

Here is how you make Salsa:

Add all 4 cans of tomatoes, about a handful of cilantro, chopped green onions, lemon juice, S & P to a bowl. With an immersion blender (or in a food processor or blender) blend until almost smooth.
