Here is how you make Tilapia Sandwich with Cilantro Mayo:

Add chopped cilantro and lime juice to light mayonnaise and combine. Set aside. Dry tilapia fillets with a paper towel. Sprinkle each fillet conservatively with garlic powder and thyme and then more generously with chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side in a non-stick skillet prepped with cooking spray over medium heat.
