Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. 1.Melt butter, add 1/4 C sugar and 2 C pretzels (crushed). Press into bottom of pan and bake at 350 for 15min.2. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 C sugar til smooth. Fold in Cool Whip.Layer on top of cooled pretzel crust. Refrigerate for 30 min. 3. Add 2C of boiling water to Jello and bring to room temp.
