4 Tbsp. sliced almonds
1 apple, diced without peeling
1 lb. package coleslaw mix
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup Craisins
!/2 cup Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise)
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. Splenda


How Do I Make Sweet and Sour Coleslaw?

Here is how you make Sweet and Sour Coleslaw:

Toast sunflower seeds and almonds in a dry skillet until golden brown and fragrant. Set aside to cool. Meanwhile toss together in a large bowl the coleslaw mix, chopped apple, onion, and Craisins. Blend lowfat mayo, cottage cheese, vinegar, and Splenda in a blender until the curd is minimized. Stir into cabbage mix. Add seeds and nuts and stir again.
