How Do I Make Veggie Burgers?

Here is how you make Veggie Burgers:

Process Cabbage, Red Pepper, Hot Pepper, Carrot until small dice. Cook in saucepan 20 minutes with tofu in a T margerine. Remove from heat. Add in Brown Rice and stir. Pulse seitan in food processor until small grains, add to mix. Add in Wheat Germ and mix. Add in Peanut butter, gravy mix and season with salt to taste. Finally, add vital wheat gluten and allow to rest so gluten starts to set up. Form into patties in nonstick pan and cook five minutes on medium low covered on each side.
