Drain kidney beans then mash with a potato masher and set aside. Add 1/3 cup boiling water to oats and set aside. Blend egg white, liquid egg white, tamari and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and set aside.Spray a large pan with nonstick cooking spray and cook vegetables with 1/2 teaspoon of salt over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until most liquid is gone. Combine veggies with oatmeal, ground cereal, mashed kidney beans, and egg mixture. Blend well. Form mixture into six balls and flatten into patties.
